HE 128 - First Aid and CPR: Responding to Emergencies HE 128 - First Aid and CPR: Responding to Emergencies Credit Hour(s): 2 ( 1 , 2 ) This course represents the American Red Cross Responding to Emergency and Community Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation. It is a basic rescuer course, and the student who is at least 80% successful will earn certification from the American Red Cross as First Aid/CPR/AED Certified.
