A study of the basic concepts of law including substantive and procedural applications, with emphasis this semester on contracts, Uniform Commercial Code (sales, negotiable instruments, banking system and secured transactions), debtor/creditor relations, bankruptcy, administrative law, professional (accountant) liability. Course generally 2nd semester.
