CHIN 102 - Elementary Chinese II CHIN 102 - Elementary Chinese II 3 credits (Hrs: 3 Lec.) This course will follow the Elementary Chinese I to continue to refine and further develop students’ abilities in listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in modern standard Chinese. More real-world context topics and themes will be used which enable students to learn Chinese in a more efficient and pragmatic way, and to develop their language proficiency in real-life situations. Interactive pedagogical instruction will be used in this course to increase opportunities for students to use the language in real-world situation. This course is generally 2nd semester.
