ECIV 208 - Construction Contracts ECIV 208 - Construction Contracts 3 credits Hrs: 3 Lec Students will learn to interpret and utilize the construction contract which includes all components of the project manual from the General Conditions to the Plans and Specifications. CM professionals are exposed to the contract documents on a daily basis. Students will learn to navigate the contract documents and avoid contract risks.
