EMET501 — Hydrometallurgy & Aqueous Processing
EMET 501 - Hydrometallurgy & Aqueous Processing EMET 501 - Hydrometallurgy & Aqueous Processing 3 credits (Hrs: 3 Lec.) This course applies chemistry, kinetics, and chemical thermodynamics principles for aqueous unit operations in industrial applications. The principles of hydrometallurgy and electrometallurgy are introduced, which are applied to important unit operations including concentrating, leaching, purifying, and recycling. Upon successful completion of the course students will be able to solve complex hydrometallurgy or electrometallurgy engineering problems.
