GEOP 410 - Electrical Prospecting GEOP 410 - Electrical Prospecting 3 credits (Hrs: 3 Lec.) Studies the electrical methods used in geophysical exploration and includes the theory of natural and induced electrical fields, the resistivity of the earth’s crustal material, and the instruments used to measure these. Interpretation and measurement techniques are studied in the exercises. Course generally 1st semester.
