GEOP 411 - Electrical Applications in subsurface Characterization GEOP 411 - Electrical Applications in subsurface Characterization 3 credits (Hrs: 3 Lec.) This course will cover principles and applications of electrical methods such as electrical resistivity, electromagnetic techniques, induced potential, spontaneous potential, telluric and magnetotelluric, and ground penetrating radar. Emphasis will be on principles, instruments, data collection, and software driven data processing and applications to problems associated with hydrogeology, geotechnical, civil, mineral exploration, environmental science and engineering.
