KIN 410 - Advanced Strength Training & Conditioning KIN 410 - Advanced Strength Training & Conditioning 3 credits (Hrs: 3 Lec.) Examines the physiological responses to exercise in general, and focuses on those responses to strength training specifically. Additionally, allows an in-depth examination of individual differences and their implications, performance enhancing substances, nutritional factors in performance and health, and weight gain and weight loss. Course generally 1st semester.
Prerequisites: BIOH301, BIOH311, KIN322
