NRSG 340 - Transitional Care NRSG 340 - Transitional Care 3 credits (Hrs: 3 Lec.) The intent of this course is to prepare future BSN prepared nurses to ensure the coordination and continuity of health care of patients who transfer between different locations or different levels of health care within the same location. Innovative nursing models to promote effective transitional care reflecting best practices will be explored.
