NRSG 463 - Leadership and Management for the RN NRSG 463 - Leadership and Management for the RN 5 credits (Hrs. 5 Lec.) This course focuses on the theory, research and practical application essential to effective nursing leadership and introduces the managing role of the leader within a variety of nursing practice settings. Concepts such as the role of the leader and manager, health care organizations, care delivery strategies, managing resources, interpersonal and personal skills, and career management that were introduced at the ASN level are further explored in this course.
