OSH 429 - Sampling & Evaluation OSH 429 - Sampling & Evaluation 2 credits (Hrs: 2 Lec.) Teaches sampling techniques and procedures as stipulated by occupational safety and health regulatory agencies for evaluating occupational health hazards arising from chemical and physical agents in the workplace. It includes the calibration and use of personal monitoring and direct reading instrumentation for the assessment of worker exposures to common industrial hazards including air contaminants, noise, and thermal stresses. Taken with laboratory credit.
