PET 402 - Production Engineering II PET 402 - Production Engineering II 3 credits (Hrs: 3 Lec.) The design and operation of well fluid artificial lift systems, including: sucker rod pumping, progressing cavity pumps, submersible electric pumps, down hole hydraulic pumps, gas lift, and plunger lift. Also, oil/water/gas separation is covered, as well as design procedures for the necessary treating vessels. Prerequisite(s): PET 302 & PHSX 234 & PHSX 235 & EGEN 201 & EGEN 335
