PSCI 465 - Public Administration & Policy PSCI 465 - Public Administration & Policy 3 credits (Hrs: 3 Lec.) Covers the role of administrative agencies in the formulation and implementation of public policy. Topics include the structure, function and organization of bureaucratic bodies, dynamics of administration, budgeting, federal-state administrative relations, the relation of administrative agencies to interest groups and political parties and the administrative structure as a reflection of the culture and the political regime. Emphasizes the politics of administration. Course generally 2nd semester.
