It is no longer a luxury but a necessity for all businesses and economies to continuously improve the quality of goods and services produced by them. Quality improvement over time tends to increase customer satisfaction, lower the total cost of the goods and services, and enhance the reputation of the firm. Towards this end, the course aims to introduce the essential concepts, tools, and methodologies of Lean and Six Sigma. Identify the problem and come up with a road map to solve the problem using Lean and Six Sigma tools.
