EGS 200 - Social Justice Leadership & Transformative Action EGS 200 - Social Justice Leadership & Transformative Action 5 Credits This course introduces leadership theories and practices that are rooted in the organizing traditions of historically marginalized communities. Through an interdisciplinary approach, this course focuses on social identity, transformative leadership, and tools to effectively navigate systems of oppression. Students will be encouraged to converse about historical and contemporary social justice praxis with their own approaches and cultural perspectives.
