NRSG 236 - Clinical Practicum: Preceptorship NRSG 236 - Clinical Practicum: Preceptorship 5 Credits This course provides a structured period of transition guided by a preceptor to the student observe and experience the nursing role through “hands on” participation in a patient care setting. Opportunities are embedded to develop knowledge, skills, and attitudes around teamwork/collaboration and person-centered care. To enhance clinical judgment, the student will reflect upon the care they provide and consider opportunities for quality improvement.
