NURS 203 - Leadership & Transition to Practice NURS 203 - Leadership & Transition to Practice 7 Credits This course will prepare future nurses to practice legally, ethically, and professionally in the clinical setting through analysis and application of foundational knowledge. Students will further develop the knowledge, attitude, and skills to enhance nursing practice. Students apply professional practice standards and frameworks to explore legal/ethical dilemmas and engage in critical reflection. Additionally, this course is to support the transition to nursing practice and develop leadership qualities. Practice with verbal/written communication and leadership strategies are provided.
