PE 186 - Total Fitness PE 186 - Total Fitness 2 Credits Students will learn to design and implement an individualized conditioning program focusing on one or more of the major fitness components: cardiorespiratory endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility and body composition. Students will learn basic conditioning principles relating to each of the fitness components. Workouts will focus on individualized goals. Progress will be monitored through training logs and fitness assessments.
