It focuses on the concepts of diversity equity and inclusion with an emphasis on health disparities in diverse populations. It will increase understanding of the relationship between culture, language and health. Students will focus on key racial and ethnic groups in the United States while getting an overview of major global issues regarding diversity and healthcare.
