Add to Catalog 4 A course to provide students with basic principles related to the production of farm animals. Includes instruction in the basic production cycle, breeding, nutrition, and health of beef and dairy cattle, hogs, poultry, and commercial fish. (3 hr lecture, 2 hr lab)
