IST1624 — Network Security Fundamentals
Add to Catalog 4 This course provides the fundamental understanding of network security principles, implementations, and the concepts, models, and technologies involved in creating a secure network environment. Topics include, but are not limited to, authentication, types of attacks and malicious code, and best practices for securing a network environment. (3 hr lecture, 2 hr lab)
