HSV 123 - ing Skills, Techniques, and Ethics in Human Services and Social Work Add to HCC Favorites HSV 123 - ing Skills, Techniques, and Ethics in Human Services and Social Work This course s the human services student develop the knowledge, skills, and personal characteristics that are critical for an effective ing relationship. This course provides an overview of and practice in basic interviewing and ing skills. The student will gain practice with case conceptualization through various frameworks, including, but not limited to, the bio/psycho/social model. This course will additionally provide a foundational knowledge of relevant legal and ethical considerations in the ing professions, including the importance of multicultural competencies. Students in this course will explore their personal ing style, strengths, and growing edges, and will gain experience in identifying the stages of the ing relationship.
