MUS3473 — Survey of Non-Western Music

A course designed to heighten the student's awareness of music from nonwestern cultures. Folk, sacred, and traditional music from countries such as Africa, India, and Eastern Europe will be studied. This course will fulfill the general education requirement in non-western cultures for all university students. Required of music majors.
