A study of electrostatics, electric and magnetic properties of materials. Amperes and Faraday’s laws, and Maxwell’s equations. Prerequisite: PHY 3083. PHY 4211-3. Independent Research. Independent work in physics under direct supervision of a faculty member. Prerequisite: program approval.
