DHYG211 — Advanced Community Dental Health
Community Dental Health is designed to provide the student with the fundamentals of assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating public health care, while focusing on Community Dental Health. Emphasis will be on reading scientific literature, quantitative methods, community health education, service learning, and partnerships with community health agencies. The student will explore local, state, federal and international programs relating to public health. Students will be required to complete a public health service learning project.
