ECMN173 — Commercial Construction Wiring: Part I

This course is a continuation of ECMN 172 or ECMN 121 with a shift of emphasis to commercial and industrial installations. Topics include conduit and raceway installations, commercial lighting, signal wiring and low voltage switching circuits. All hands-on activities are based on National Electrical Code requirements and troubleshooting skills are developed throughout the semester. Open only to matriculated Electrical Construction and Maintenance students. Pre- or co- requisite(s): ECMN 102 Alternating Current Theory .
