ECMN215 — Automation Technology Laboratory

This laboratory course is complementary to ECMN 205 . The series of laboratory experiments allow students to explore the practical aspects of automation technology in support of ECMN 205 . Students are required to employ the techniques of testing and troubleshooting normally employed in the industrial control setting. In addition, students will construct a power supply capable of supplying the voltage and current signals required for interfacing with the instruments that will be used in the ECMN 216 Instrumentation and Process Control Laboratory Course. Open only to matriculated Electrical Construction and Maintenance students. Lab fee will be required Terms all Distance Learning: No Lab: 4
