EXER200 — Fitness Assessment, Evaluation and Program Design

This course will examine various health screening and fitness assessment techniques. It will teach students how to utilize this information and apply it in designing fitness programs to meet the needs of various populations. This course also provides a field experience in local communities. Pre- or co- requisite(s): EXER 100 Concepts of Exercise Training with a grade of “C” or better or by permission of department chair.
