HUSV100 — Social Service Systems
Using a systems approach, this course discusses how people are affected by poverty, child abuse, AIDS, physical and mental disabilities, racism, overpopulation, sexism, crime and other problems. Students will be oriented to social programs, service delivery models, agencies at the local, state and federal levels and legislation which meets human needs.
