This course introduces the student to basic HVAC/R systems design. Topics included in this comprehensive, introductory level course are: residential comfort cooling design, forced hot air systems design, heating and cooling load calculations, appliance selection, energy conservation, HVAC/R symbols used for drafting, drafting and dimensioning.
