LABR275 — New York Workers’ Compensation Law
This course will examine the New York Workers’ Compensation Law and related statutes as well as the American Disability Act. Students will be introduced to the practical aspects of advocating in the legal process, preparing those interested in sitting for the licensed compensation representative exam.
