This course provides the student with a practical learning experience in all phases of basic radiologic technology by active participation in radiology departments of the area hospitals. Emphasis is placed on film critique, trauma radiology, psychology of patient care, introduction of special procedures and new imaging modalities. If a student’s clinical performance is unsatisfactory or if at any time the student’s clinical performance compromises the safety of the patient, the student will be terminated from the program. Open only to matriculated Radiologic Technology students. Lab and course fees will be required Terms pring Distance Learning: No Lecture: 2 Lab: 24
