BUS 1206 — Managing Broker Pre-License

Specifically, this course provides the mandatory 30 hours of instruction on the following critical topics: licensing, operations, special accounts (escrow), recruiting, brokerage support, transaction supervision, marketing/advertising, dispute resolution, company policies, disclosure issues, and industry issues.
