BUS 2606 — Real Estate Continuing Ed. I
This course is designed to satisfy the requirements of the State of Illinois Office of Banks and Real Estate for retention of real estate license. This class will offer the required Core Curriculum A and B and three elective curriculums of basics of real estate appraisal, property management, and anti-trust legislation.
