BUS 2607 — Real Estate Continuing Ed. II
This course is designed to satisfy the requirements of the Illinois Department of Financial and Regulation for renewal of the Illinois real estate license. This class will offer the required Core Curriculum A & B along with three elective curriculums of real estate finance, basics of energy at home, and home construction for agents.
