Applications of general chemistry principles and theories in the laboratory setting, including fundamentals of inorganic chemistry, atomic structure and states of matter, bonding, stoichiometry, acid-base concepts, periodicity and solution chemistry. The course provides a strong foundation in chemistry laboratory skills, performance of science investigations, use of scientific equipment, and calculations with experimental data.
