HEA 1274 — Ergonomics in Healthcare
All healthcare workers have a high risk of developing musculoskeletal disorders or back injuries. This course is designed to train healthcare workers about how to protect themselves whether they are moving patients, test tubes, laundry, or food. Trainees will learn how to identify ergonomic hazards in the work area and how to prevent injuries. This course may be team taught with industry.
