HEA 1281 — Safety for Healthcare Workers
Healthcare workers in long-term facilities face the same risks as those who work in hospitals. However, the intensive personal care needed by most residents can increase healthcare workers risk. This course is designed to train workers to protect themselves by becoming aware of the potential hazards they may encounter on the job. This course may be team taught with industry. Lecture.
