LSC 1102 — General Biology II
This course is a continuation of LSC 1101 General Biology I with emphasis placed on tissues, organs, organ systems and organisms. This course will involve a survey of biological macroevolution and microevolution, origin of life and the species, environmental biology, viruses, bacteria, fungi, algae, plants, and animals including the invertebrates and vertebrates. Related laboratory exercises will be incorporated. This course is the second class in the sequence for biological sciences majors.
