MLT 2202 — Adv Hematology & Hemostasis

This course is a continuation of MLT 1210 with emphasis on theory, procedures, and practical application of hematology, coagulation and body fluid analysis testing. Clinical correlations including quality control testing is included. This course provides information on the procedures performed in most clinical laboratories as well as their uses in the diagnosis and follow up to hematological and coagulation disorders, as well as disorders associated with diseased body fluid states.
