This course provides a comprehensive review of nursing content needed to take the National Council Licensure Exam for Practical Nurses (NCLEX-PN). The course reviews knowledge, skills, and attitudes essential for the safe and effective practice of nursing at the entry level for the practical nurse. The nursing process and client needs are addressed in health care situations that practical nurses commonly encounter. Strategies for managing test anxiety are discussed. Computer adaptive testing is reviewed as the technology for the NCLEX-PN.
