PSY 2104 — Child Psychology
This course is designed to give a comprehensive approach to theory of child development. Topics may include prenatal development, genetics, motor, language, cognitive, emotional, and social development from infancy to adolescence. This course will emphasize the integration of biological, psychological, and social/cultural factors in the development of the child. Theoretical material, research, and an introduction to research methodology applied to the study of childhood will be presented.
