FUNDAMENTALS OF ENGLISH II
The Certificate of Competency in Fundamentals of English II will provide intermediate-beginning level English language learners to the fundamental reading, listening, speaking, and writing skills needed to be successful in taking more advanced ESL classes and navigating college.
