AJ 3 — INTRODUCTION TO EVIDENCE
This course studies the origin, development, philosophy, and constitutional basis of the rules of evidence; constitutional and procedural considerations affecting arrest, search, and seizure; types and degrees of evidence and rules governing admissibility in a court of law; and judicial decisions interpreting individual rights.
