BUS 152 — Legal Issues for Small Business

This course provides the student with legal issues that an entrepreneur will experience in starting or in operating a small business. Some of the legal issues that will be studied in this course are: choosing a business organization, zoning approval, licensing and permits, tax implications, small business contracts, and small business buyouts. The student will also study the legal requirements of small-claims court action.
