BUS 228 — Administrative Office Management
This course is designed to develop managerial and supervisory skills for the administrative office manager. Included is a presentation of the fundamental principles and successful practices of office administration and [demonstration of] current office operations through case studies and observations when possible. Case studies and simulations of office situations will be used to increase students’ critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Students will utilize integrated software for professional presentations and problem solving encountered by administrative personnel.
