CHE 107 — Introduction to Chemistry 1
This introductory course in chemistry includes topics in atomic structure, bonding, chemical formulas, chemical equations, matter, measurement, periodicity, states of matter, mole calculations, stoichiometry, acid-base chemistry, buffer systems, electrochemistry, kinetics, equilibrium and solution chemistry. Laboratory experiments are chosen to be meaningful and practical so as to develop a greater understanding of lecture topics.
