This course is an overview of the moral, legal, and psychological aspects of the use of physical force and deadly physical force. Emphasis will be placed upon the proper care and safe use of firearms and the development of basic firearms skills as stated in the Standards and Guidelines of the National Rifle Association and accepted by the Bureau of Municipal Police.
