This is a Calculus-based introductory course in electrical circuit analysis. Topics include methods of AC and DC circuit analysis such as the Thevenin Equivalent, Kirchoff’s Law, Nodal and Mesh analysis, the principle of superposition and operational amplifier models. laboratories will include the use of meters, oscilloscopes, series/parallel circuits, and operational amplifiers. laboratory time in this course is used for laboratory assignments, recitation, lecture, and tests.
