NET 100 — Networking Fundamentals
This course introduces the student to the underlying concepts of data communications, telecommunications and Networking. It focuses on the terminology and technologies in current networking environments. It is meant to provide a general overview of the field of networking as a basis for continued study in the field. Hands-on experiences are included within this course. Basic computer skills are required for this course (the ability to use the operating systems and applications such as word processing, Internet browsers, and email).
